Introduction/Main Objectives: Research in individual, group dynamics, and organizational processes for behavior can offer valuable insights into how people behave the workplace. These assist organizations enhancing their effectiveness, promoting teamwork, cultivating a culture that is more diverse inclusive. Background Problems: Organizational complex multifaceted, there are many different factors influence good work performance. Novelty: In area of behavior, growing interest intersection technology human also need to understand team performance collaboration. There lot explore literature studies various time spans regarding these aspects be able find models related new systems technologies. Methods: Literature study, research method involves collecting analyzing existing academic on this topic. The data study from previous form textbooks, papers, articles. was conducted with 6 steps study. Finding/Results: 7 main 18 sub individual aspects. And 3 9 processes, where three above affect performances. results further tested specific environments development knowledge explain empirical theoretical gaps.
